The Department of State Revenue for the city of Kostanay reminds that since January 1, 2021, a phased transition to universal declaration has begun.
At the first stage – from January 1, 2021, the declaration will be submitted as part of the universal declaration:
persons holding responsible public office and their spouses;
persons authorized to perform state functions and their spouses;
persons equated to persons authorized to perform state functions and their spouses;
persons who are charged with the obligation to submit in accordance with the Constitutional ZRK "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and ZRK "On combating Corruption", "On Banks and banking activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On insurance activities", "On the Central Bank market".
At the second stage – from January 1, 2023, declaration for employees of state institutions and their spouses, as well as employees of quasi-public sector entities and their spouses.
At the third stage – from January 1, 2024, the declaration of the heads and founders of legal entities and their spouses, individual entrepreneurs and their spouses.
At the fourth stage – from January 1, 2025, the declaration of the remaining category of citizens.
In connection with the introduction of the universal declaration and submission of the declaration of assets and liabilities (TNF 250.00) requirements for the submission of a declaration of income and property (TNF 230.00) terminated from January 1, 2021.
Deadline for submitting the Declaration of Assets and Liabilities:
On paper - no later than July 15, 2021;
In electronic form - no later than September 15, 2021.
Ways to submit a Declaration of Assets and Liabilities:
In electronic form - through the web portal of the State Revenue Committee "Taxpayer's Office" (cabinet.salyk.kz), the portal of "electronic government" (egov.kz), as well as through eSalykazamat mobile apps.
On paper - to the state revenue authorities in person or by registered mail.
