The anti-corruption policy in our country involves the development and implementation of versatile and consistent measures by the state and society to minimize the causes and conditions that give rise to corruption. The key to its success and a positive factor, undoubtedly, is the presence of a strong political will of the President of our country, who during the period of development of the Republic of Kazakhstan has adopted many regulatory legal acts, one way or another affecting the fight against corruption, and also carried out many activities aimed at preventing and combating corruption in all spheres of life. Effective measures to prevent corruption-related manifestations in state revenue bodies are the automation of tax control processes. Thus, automation of the process of formation, sending notifications for the adoption of measures and methods of enforcement and automation of interaction with second-tier banks in terms of issuing collection orders eliminated the possibility of corruption in this area of work. Also, automation of such tax services as registration as a taxpayer, obtaining a patent, issuing certificates of the presence (absence) of debt, carrying out offsets and refunds of overpaid taxes, prevents abuse of official powers. The implementation of the above-mentioned and many other anti-corruption measures in the State Revenue Department aimed at narrowing corruption-related areas, at developing legal awareness among employees in the field of anti-corruption legislation, reduces the likelihood of abuse of official authority.
