The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption launched a mobile application "Digital Agent", through which service recipients can assess the quality of public services in real time.
Any service recipient can download the "Digital Agent" mobile app to their smartphone via the "Play Market" or "AppStore", register and use the 5-point system to evaluate the quality of services provided. In addition, service recipients are given the opportunity to send photos and videos (a long queue, rude attitude of staff, etc.) and leave comments.
All received complaints and suggestions are processed in the feedback format and the responsible persons provide assistance in solving problems as soon as possible.
