Pursuant to the requirements of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Order of the Minister of National economy on 31 March 2015, No. 290 "On approval of Rules of organization and tendering (tenders, auctions) on sale of land plot or right to lease the land, including in electronic form," and according to the explanations of the management Committee land resources of the Ministry of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, inform citizens and legal entities wishing to obtain land through the auction, about, that the starting price of the lot (lease rights to the land plot) is set not lower than the estimated (cadastral) price.
