According to article 1, paragraph 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on permits and notifications" (hereinafter – the Law), a permit is a confirmation of the right of an individual or legal entity to carry out activities or actions (operations) carried out by licensing authorities through licensing procedures.
Violation of the above article is subject to administrative liability under article 463 of the administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Based on the above, the Department of internal Affairs of Kostanay asks to protect itself from purchasing counterfeit (illegal) products and strictly comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
