The mission of the construction is to design and further build residential buildings, engineering and communication infrastructure, landscaping, sports facilities, which allows us to develop and improve the quality of life in the city of Kostanay.
The construction contributes to ensuring safety, comfort, functionality and sustainability for the citizens of Kostanay city. The mission is aimed at meeting people's needs in housing, work, and other areas, improving the quality of life and contributing to economic growth.
Department tasks:
1) development of annual and prospective programs for the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of urban facilities in accordance with budget programs for housing construction;
2) organization and coordination of works on construction, reconstruction and major repairs of engineering infrastructure facilities;
3) implementation of state policy in the field of architectural and urban planning, sustainable development of the city;
4) other tasks stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
