Article "Prevention of corruption"

Since the first days of state independence, Kazakhstan has been purposefully and step-by-step following the course of creating effective anti-corruption institutions and mechanisms that meet international standards. Corruption is the illegal use by persons holding a responsible public position in order to obtain or extract, personally or through intermediaries, property and non–property benefits and advantages for themselves or third parties, as well as bribery of these persons by providing benefits and advantages. I also want to cancel that for a corruption offense that has signs of corruption, an illegal guilty act for which the law establishes administrative or criminal liability. To date, the fight against corruption is one of the priorities of the country's strategic development, obstruction of legitimate business is the gravest state crime. Due to the increase in disciplinary offenses, it can be stated that a favorable platform for corruption risks is being created. Such cases occur when there is no proper control by the heads of departments. The leading role in the Anti-Corruption Strategy is played by comprehensive preventive measures that can radically reduce the level of corruption by eliminating the prerequisites for corruption, rather than fighting its consequences. In order to exclude facts, prevent corruption risks, as well as to avoid critical consequences in the future, department heads should carry out targeted work on all employees of the departments entrusted to them, take measures to prevent and prevent manifestations of corruption, as well as work on an ongoing basis to educate intolerance to corruption among employees.
