On March 7, 2024, by the Decision of the Specialized Court for Administrative Offenses of the city of Kostanay, debtor "N" was brought to administrative responsibility under Article 669 Part 1 of the CRKobAP for not executing a tax order issued by the RSU "State Revenue Department for the city of Kostanay", the amount of debt 874,634 tenge for vehicle tax from individuals - administrative penalty in the form of administrative arrest for a period of 2 (two) days.
The Department of State Revenue for the city of Kostanay calls for paying tax arrears on the property of individuals and vehicles in order to prevent such situations.
