On June 06 of this year, during the verification activities, employees of the State Revenue Department in Kostanay stopped the sale of tobacco products without identification means.
During the raid, tobacco products in the amount of 8,160 packs of foreign-made cigarettes (Fast, Marlboro, Oris, Oscar, Crown, Manchester) were intended for retail sale, the department reported.
Illegal tobacco products were sold on the territory of the central market.
According to these facts, administrative materials have been compiled under part 2 of Article 283 of the KRK on AP, the protocol on administrative proceedings has been sent to the court.
Mandatory marking by means of identification introduced in the Republic of Kazakhstan allows automating the control of the movement of goods, thereby confirming their quality and safety, as well as ensuring fair competition among sellers.
