From 1 July 2020, according to the order of First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan from April 13, 2020 No. 379 "About modification of the order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan from December 26, 2019 No. 1424, when goods are imported in the ROK territory from the territory of the member States of the EAEU, as well as the export of goods from the territory of Kazakhstan to the territory of States-members of the Union shall be obliged in registration of the accompanying documents on the goods (hereinafter – SNT) in the information system "Electronic invoices" (hereinafter-is ESF).
At the same time, when importing goods from the territory of the EEU, the SNT is subject to registration by the importer no later than the day preceding the day of crossing the state border of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
When exporting goods from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the territory of the EEU member States, the exporter shall issue the SNT no later than the day of the beginning of movement, sale and (or) shipment of goods.
With the introduction of SNT simplified the process of passing checkpoints, because at the time of crossing the State border, the carrier will be sufficient to name the employee of the state revenue authority registration number SNT / BIN/was the recipient of the goods.
