As part of the implementation of the master plan of the city of Kostanay, the State Institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Akimat of Kostanay region" signed an agreement with "Munar Architects" LLP to develop a project for a detailed layout of the Akbulak microdistrict of the city of Kostanay (along Gashek Street).
In this connection, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan", SN RK 3.01-00-2011 "Instruction on the procedure for the development, coordination and approval of urban development projects in the Republic of Kazakhstan", GU "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Akimat of Kostanay region" notifies about the beginning of the development of a detailed layout project.
