State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture of the Akimat of Kostanay" in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2015 No. 1089 "On approval of the Rules for accreditation of associations of private entrepreneurs", Resolution of the Akimat of Kostanay dated March 13, 2023 No. 421 announces the accreditation of urban associations of small businesses.
To obtain accreditation, the applicant must submit the following documents:
- a statement of the established sample;
- notarized copies of the constituent documents and the certificate or certificate of state registration (re-registration) of the association as a legal entity, in case of failure to submit the original for verification;
- list of members of the association.
Documents are accepted within ten working days from the date of publication of the announcement at the address Kostanay city, Kairbekov Street, 75 office 2.
