The draft decision "On invalidating the decision of the Akim of Kostanay City No. 1 dated January 25, 2022 "On declaring a local technogenic emergency" was developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts" dated April 6, 2016 No. 480-V SAM.
The developer of the project is the Department for the protection of state secrets, prevention of terrorism, mobilization training, emergency situations and Civil Protection of the State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of Kostanay".
