Within the framework of the project "One people. One destiny. One future." The Department of Social Development is working to form and strengthen the constructive values of a just state among residents of Kostanay region — to live in unity and according to the law, patriotic education, respect for the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the desire to speak the state language, preserve the interest and respect of citizens for national traditions and customs.
Within the framework of the project, ideological and educational meetings were held in the border areas of Kostanay region: Zhitikarinsky district (Prigorodnoye village), Denisovsky district (Zhaltyrkol village) and Beimbet Mailin district (Novovilinovka village).
During the meetings, a flash mob was organized for villagers in honor of the State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan, information and educational brochures and state flags were distributed, and the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan was played.
Such speakers as Natalia Sergeevna Ramazanova, head of Kogamdyk Kelisim State University, and Aibek Batyrkhanovich Shalgymbekov, Professor of the Kostanay Regional University named after Akhmet Baitursynov, Candidate of Historical Sciences, delivered lectures on the topic "Honest Citizen".
In addition, a quiz on knowledge of the state language and traditions was held among the villagers, and active participants received prizes. Theatrical performances of Kazakh rituals were presented: "Sansu" (farewell song of the bride), "Syrga salu" (betrothal) and "Besikke salu" (the first laying of the baby in the cradle).
The event featured folk songs and national melodies performed by: Manapbek Kadyrov, holder of the Order of "Kurmet", Honored Cultural Worker, traditional singer, Ybyrai Eszhanov, dombrist, head of the folklore ensemble "Akzhelen", Altynai Rustemkyzy Tolegen, performer on the zhetigen and other artists.
At the end of the evening, Kazakhstani films were shown.: "The road to mother", "Hiuaz Dospanova", "Rakhymzhan Koshkarbayev".
The project also plans trips in August and September to Karabalyk, Fedorovsky, Mendykarinsky and Uzunkol districts.
As part of capacity-building and the development of civic initiatives, Kostanay region hosted a series of training seminars for representatives of ethno-cultural associations, advisory bodies and ethnocentric centers of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.
The training took place on the following key topics:
"Development of a social project: from idea to structure" – the participants got acquainted with the basic stages of design, from the formation of an actual idea to the construction of the logical structure of the project. Methods of problem analysis, goal setting, and formulation of expected results were discussed.
"Fundamentals of fundraising and project resource support" – the seminar was devoted to practical approaches to attracting resources, including financial, human and informational. The speaker presented successful cases on cooperation with donors, public and private partners.
"Presentation and protection of a social project" – participants received recommendations on effective presentation of their projects, preparation for public protection and communication with potential investors and grant holders. Trainings were organized with simulated project defense in front of an expert commission.
At the end of the training cycle, participants had the opportunity to apply for a mini-grant competition to implement their own social initiatives. The total prize fund of the competition is 4,500,000 tenge, which will support the best projects aimed at developing interethnic harmony, social cohesion and active civic participation.
The seminars have become not only a learning platform, but also a place to share experiences, establish new connections and discuss relevant social initiatives.
The Daryn State Youth Prize is awarded annually for the purpose of state support to talented youth for fruitful scientific, creative, social activities, as well as for high sporting achievements.
The competition will be held in 10 categories: "Literature", "Science", "Design and Fine Arts", "Journalism", "Classical music", "Public activities", "Sports", "Theater and Cinema", "Variety", "Folk art".
Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the age of 35 are eligible for the award at the time of the application deadline, who are laureates of international and national competitions, festivals and exhibitions, prize-winners and winners of national and international sports competitions, as well as candidates whose activities are innovative and contribute to the development of the relevant industry and society as a whole.
Candidates for the Daryn Youth Award are nominated by central, local and other government agencies, public associations and other legal entities registered in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and submit the following documents in paper and electronic form:
1) a copy of the candidate's identity document;
2) registration application for the State Youth Award "Daryn" in the form according to the appendix to these Rules
3) a petition and a certificate of achievements of the award applicant;
4) copies of award diplomas, certificates, commendations (if any);
5) copies of articles, publications of the candidate or about the candidate (if available);
6) a copy of the certificate of availability of a bank account;
7) supporting materials about the candidate's achievements (if any).
The persons awarded the prize are awarded the title of "Laureate of the Daryn State Youth Award", a diploma, a badge and a cash prize are awarded.

The 33rd session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of Kostanay region was held in Kostanay, dedicated to an important date — the 30th anniversary of the founding of the APK. The event was attended by representatives of ethnic and cultural associations, deputies, activists of youth movements, teachers, as well as members of the Council of Mothers and other public figures.Opening the session, it was noted that over the past three decades, the Assembly has become an important institution of social harmony, unity and stability in a multinational society. President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has repeatedly stressed that "unity and cohesion, dialogue, mutual respect and civic responsibility are the unshakable foundations of the progressive development of our state." These values formed the basis of the issues discussed at the session.
The agenda included topical topics: the activities of ethno-cultural associations, the work of the deputy group for interaction with the regional Assembly, the promotion of state policy in the field of strengthening multicultural dialogue, as well as the role of youth in APK projects.
Presentations were made by Chairman of the Uzbek ethnocultural association Rihsibai Abdurakhmanovich Mammadov, member of the deputy group "Bir el – bir mudde" and the Council of Mothers Gainiya Kalimzhanovna Yeseeva, teacher of the Kazakh language training program "Mamile" Dmitry Sergeevich Romashchenko and activist of the Chechen-Ingush association "Vainakh" Deniz Timaev. In their speeches, they shared successful practices in developing interethnic cooperation, strengthening civic identity and promoting the Kazakh language in a multiethnic environment.
Special attention was paid at the session to the project "Assembly. Parliament. Maslikhats", implemented on behalf of the President on the basis of the deputy group "Bir el – bir mudde". The project is aimed at strengthening cooperation between government officials, ethno-cultural associations and the population of the regions.
Akim of Kostanay region, Chairman of the regional Assembly Kumar Irgebayevich Aksakalov in his speech expressed gratitude to the participants of the session for their active citizenship and contribution to strengthening interethnic harmony. Today, in the city of Tobyl, the Department of Public Development held a seminar for heads of government agencies of the Kostanay region.
During the seminar, issues of compliance and fulfillment of the requirements of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Symbols" were discussed. The rules for the use of symbols were explained to the participants and the importance of their respectful attitude and popularization in society was emphasized.
State symbols are the most important values that embody the sovereignty and unity of the country. Respect for them is a civic duty of every citizen and civil servant.
16 мая в Сити-центре г. Костаная было многолюдно и оживлённо — здесь прошла ежегодная областная ярмарка вакансий для выпускников вузов, колледжей, находящихся в поиске работы. Организатор мероприятия — КГУ «Молодёжный ресурсный центр Костанайской области».
Свыше тысячи молодых соискателей и более 80 работодателей со всех уголков области встретились на одной площадке. Среди участников — крупные частные компании, представители госструктур, производственные предприятия, банки, IT-компании и учреждения здравоохранения.
Цель ярмарки — не просто собрать людей в одном месте, а создать условия для живого общения между работодателями и молодыми специалистами. Каждому участнику предоставили возможность пройти первичное собеседование, задать вопросы о вакансиях, условиях труда, стажировках и мерах господдержки.
Для многих участников ярмарка стала первым серьёзным шагом к трудоустройству. Также на месте работали представители центров занятости и госпрограмм, консультируя по вопросам субсидий, льгот и стажировок.
По словам организаторов, подобные мероприятия будут проходить и в дальнейшем, чтобы охватить как можно больше молодых людей и сократить путь от диплома до первого рабочего места.
Молодёжь хочет работать — и это чувствуется. А ярмарка становится настоящей точкой старта для многих.
