State Institution "Department of Public Development of the Akimat of Kostanay region"
announces the placement of a state order for the conduct of
state information policy at the regional level among periodicals (newspapers, magazines), television and radio channels distributed on the territory of Altynsara, Amangelda, Auliekolsky, Denisovsky, Dzhangelda, Zhitikarinsky, Kamystinsky, Karabalyk, Karasu, Kostanay, Mendykarinsky, Naurzumsky, B. Mailin, Uzunkolsky, Fedorovsky districts, Arkalyk, Kostanay, Lisakovsk, Rudny, as well as Kostanay region.
Envelopes with applications for participation in the order are sent to the address: Kostanay region, Kostanay city, Al-Farabi Avenue, 66, 505 office, GU "Department of Public Development of the Akimat of Kostanay region" accepts until 17.00 on May 10, 2024.
Envelopes with applications for participation in the order are opened at 10:00 a.m. on May 13 at the following address: Kostanay region, Kostanay city, 66 Al-Farabi Avenue, meeting room, 4th floor.
The applicant submits an application with a list of documents to the organizer at the regional level in a stitched form with numbered pages, and the last page is certified with his signature and seal (if any) in a sealed envelope sealed (if any), which does not allow viewing the contents of the application before opening, on the front side of which the full name and the applicant's postal address, the full name and postal address of the organizer, the name of the order, as well as the following text: "TO ORDER (specify the name of the order) AMONG (specify the name of the subject)" and "DO NOT OPEN UNTIL: (specify the date and time of opening applications for participation in the order)".
Applications submitted after the deadline for admission specified in the information message are not accepted for consideration by the commission.
In accordance with paragraph 45 of the Rules, an application must be submitted in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Rules for Placing a state order for the implementation of state information policy at the regional level. The application is accompanied by a list of documents in accordance with Appendix 5 to the Rules for placing a state order for conducting state information policy at the republican and regional levels.
