Work in the field of ideological work is focused on the promotion of public policy and the organization of targeted work with the population. Information and explanatory work is one of the forms of activity of government agencies with the population in order to form a positive public opinion on various aspects of public policy.

Thus, there are 23 information groups in the region (the regional one, 20 under the akimats of cities and districts, as well as under the AMANAT party, the APK regional secretariat). In 2024, the members of the IRG held about 6,694 events involving over 349,000 people, including over 2,149 events among young people involving 71,000 people.

Information and explanatory groups travel to rural districts, hold online meetings with labor collectives and the population of the regions. The main messages are focused on explaining political reforms, Presidential Messages, instructions given at the National Kurultai, the environmental campaign "Taza Kazakhstan", the "Law and Order" initiative, and measures taken to develop cities and districts of the region.

Also, the involvement of residents in socio-political life is carried out within the framework of a comprehensive plan aimed at implementing the tasks set in the ideological sphere for 2024-2026. The comprehensive plan covers the main directions announced at the meetings of the National Kurultai and consists of six key aspects aimed at strengthening the national values of the Kazakh society.:

1) independence and patriotism;

2) Unity and solidarity;

3) Justice and responsibility;

4) Law and order;

5) hard work and professionalism;

6) creation and innovation.

Within the framework of these directions, all political, economic and social processes of the state are reflected, designed to improve the life of every citizen of Kazakhstan.

Within the framework of the project "Organization of comprehensive measures to form and strengthen the values of a just state, a united nation and a prosperous society", visits were carried out to 7 border rural settlements of the region: Toguzak village, Karabalyk district, Mikhaylovka village, Mendykarinsky district, Presnogorkovka village, Uzunkol district, Zhalgyskan village, Karasu district, Sorochinka village, Sarykol district, Baishuak village. Beimbet Mailina district, Arshaly village, Denisovo district.

In order to form and strengthen the constructive values of a Just state (to live in unity and according to the law), popularize Kazakh traditions and customs, and create respect for the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan, lectures on "Adal Azamat" were held with the involvement of regional speakers, the screening of the Kazakh film "Patriot", receptions of citizens were held, and quizzes on knowledge of the state language were conducted. language and traditions with the presentation of memorable gifts, theatrical performances (national customs, rituals) and demonstration of Kazakh folklore (songs, baths, etc.). In addition, flash mobs to sing the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan were held in the villages during the events, and educational brochures were presented to all participants. The coverage of the events was more than 2,000 people.

National and state holidays are a powerful factor in the ideological consolidation of the nation, ensuring the spiritual and cultural identification of the population, the socialization of the younger generation, the reproduction and transmission of spiritual and moral values. Festive events are held at the regional and district levels.

The information and ideological support of the holiday includes the publication of articles in the media, coverage on television and radio broadcasts, the organization of festive programs on television and radio channels, scientific and practical conferences, round tables, lectures, the organization of thematic book exhibitions in libraries and public lectures, etc.

For example, on June 4, on the Day of State Symbols, an action was held among residents of the city of Kostanay - a survey on knowledge of state symbols. In order to identify vivid examples of active citizenship and caring, the regional "Patriots Forum" dedicated to the Day of the State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held on June 3 in the city of Kostanay in Zhastar Sarayy. At the forum, 11 winners were awarded in the "Patriot of the Year" nomination. Also, activists of the public headquarters, rescuers, and ordinary citizens who took an active part in eliminating the consequences of the flood were awarded Certificates of Honor from the akim of the region. More than 1,000 people took part in the forum, and 50 people received awards in total.

On October 25, for the Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a survey of the population of the city of Kostanay was conducted on the topic of patriotism and love for the Motherland.

As part of the events dedicated to the celebration of Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 2, 2024, the dialogue platform "Elim bakytyn terbetken - Tauelsizdik" was held at the IQOSTANAY Smart Center. Famous Kazakhstani actors Asylkhan Tolepov, Ayan Otepbergen, Dinislam Nurmaganbetov and Bakyt Kazhybayev performed at the meeting. The event aroused great interest among young people, who actively participated in the discussions, asked questions and shared their thoughts. The coverage of the event was 350 people.

In addition, in order to generate content on ideological topics, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube social media pages have been created since April 1, 2024. More than 100 videos, audio, and text materials have been released, duplicating each individual publication on the created Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube pages.

Interaction with political parties of Kostanay region

As of December 31, 2024, there are 7 branches of political parties in the Kostanay region.: Kostanay regional branch of NGO "AMANAT Party" (hereinafter - "AMANAT"), Kostanay regional branch of NGO "Democratic Party of Kazakhstan "Ak Zhol" (hereinafter - "Ak Zhol"), Kostanay regional branch of NGO "People's Party of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter - "NPK"), Regional Branch of NGO "Auyl" partiyasy" in Kostanay region (hereinafter - "Auyl"), Kostanay regional branch of the NGO "National Social Democratic Party" (hereinafter - "OSDP"), Kostanay regional branch of NGO "Respublica Party" (hereinafter - "Respublica"), Kostanay regional branch of NGO "Kazakhstan Green Party "Baytak" (hereinafter - "Baytak").

The total number of party members in the region is 109,825 people.

A sociological survey based on the results of 2024 showed that 63.8% of the population of the region trust AMANAT, 30.4% - Ak Zhol, 29.5% - Auyl, 24.9% - NPC, 22.2% - Respublica, 17.9% - OSDP, 18.9% - Baytak.

«AMANAT»

The total number of party members in the region is 46,447 (in 2024 – 45,057). The party has 20 territorial branches and 262 primary party organizations. The youth wing of Zhastar Rukhy has 1,015 members.

The total number of deputies in maslikhats of all levels is 191 people, including:

- regional maslikhat – 24;

- city maslikhat – 40;

- district maslikhats – 127.

The party enjoys the confidence of the population of Karasu, Mendykara and B. Mailin districts (91.7%), Amangelda, Dzhangelda (90.0%). Meanwhile, with an average regional indicator of 63.8%, the lowest level of confidence in the party's activities was recorded in the cities of Rudny (14.0%), Kostanay (13.4%) and Fedorovsky district (10.0%).

"Ak zhol"

The total number of party members is 7,873 (2023– 7,816). The total number of deputies in maslikhats of all levels is 28 people, including:

- regional maslikhat – 3;

- city maslikhat – 7;

- district maslikhats – 18.

30.4% of respondents trust Ak Zhol in the region. The party's confidence is above the regional average in B. Mailin district (75.0%), Dzhangeldy district (65.0%), Lisakovsk city (47.6%).

         "Auyl"

The total number of party members is 8,004 (2021– 7,684). The number of primary party organizations is 56. The youth wing of the Auyl party is 2668. The total number of deputies in maslikhats of all levels is 23 people, including:

- regional maslikhat – 3;

- city maslikhat – 3;

- district maslikhats – 17.

There are responsible party representatives in each region of the region.

Auyl is trusted by 29.5% of the respondents in the region. Residents of Amangelda, Dzhangelda (60.0%) and Mendykara districts (58.3%) trust the Auyl party.

"NPC"

The total number of party members in the region is 4,620 (2021 - 7,480). The party has 2 representative offices (Rudny, Arkalyk) and 9 primary party organizations. The party is represented by 1 deputy in the regional maslikhat. The youth wing of NPC - 20. The women's wing consists of 30 people.

By the end of 2024, the level of confidence of the region's population in NPC amounted to 24.9%. In the course of the social survey, the highest level of trust in the NPK party was noted in the B.Mailin district (54.2%), Dzhangelda (50.0%), Amangelda (35.0%) districts.

"OSDP"

The total number of party members is 5,425 (2023 – 4,124). The Kostanay regional branch of the OSDP has 2 primary party organizations in the city of Rudny and the district of Beimbet Mailina. The youth wing of the OSDP is 1141. There are no deputies in maslikhats in the regions of the region.

17.9% of respondents trust OSDP in the region. In the course of the social survey, the highest level of trust in the OSDP party was noted in Amangeldy district (40.0%), B.Mailin district (33.3%) and Sarykolsky district (30.0%).

«Respublica»

The party's branch was registered with the justice authorities on January 24, 2023, and the party currently has no territorial branches.

The total number of party members is 37,235. The Youth wing is 7 people. The total number of deputies in maslikhats of all levels is 19 people, including:

- regional maslikhat – 1;

- city maslikhat – 4;

- district maslikhats – 14.

According to the results of 2024, 22.2% of respondents in the region trust. Residents of the B. Mailin district (50.0%), Karasu district (45.8%), Amangelda district, Dzhangelda district (45.0%) trust the party.

"Baytak"

The party's branch was also registered with the justice authorities on January 24, 2023, and there are currently no territorial branches of the party. The total number of party members is 221 (2023 - 207).
