For 12 months of 2020, the department received 228 appeals from individuals and legal entities, including: 125 appeals from individuals, 103 appeals from legal entities.

184 appeals were considered, of which: 144 appeals were clarified, 31 appeals were satisfied, 9 appeals were rejected, 2 appeals were written off.
30 appeals were forwarded to other state bodies for consideration, and 0 appeals were reviewed again.
Coupons with unique numbers were issued for 8 requests.
By the nature of the issues, most of the appeals relate to General issues of housing and communal services. All requests were considered and answered within the time limits established by the legislation. There are 12 requests under execution.
