Instructions for employers on registering employment contracts on the portal Electronic labor exchange (www.enbek.kz)

Issues of remuneration of labor (completeness and timeliness of payment of wages, payment of overtime, work at night, holidays and weekends).

Apply to the employer with a written request to explain the reasons for non-payment of wages and issue payment slips on the amount of accrued wages.

Apply to the company's conciliation commission for the resolution of a labor dispute. This requirement does not apply to small businesses.

In case of unsatisfactory resolution of the issue, contact the State Labor Inspectorate or the court. In the application, you must specify the full name of the company (individual entrepreneur), its BIN and address. In addition, the application must specify the period of time for which the employer has not paid wages (be sure to specify the exact dates) and the amount of debt.
