The subject of the Department's activities is the implementation of management functions in the field of economics and budget planning, the execution of the local budget of the district, work with municipal property and public procurement in the person of a single organizer.

The purpose of the Department is to create and develop a planning system that contributes to the effective implementation of the priorities of socio-economic development and budget parameters of the district, the implementation of state policy on finance, budget accounting and budget reporting on the implementation of the local budget, as well as work with municipal property.
