The following works are carried out on public services: development of proposals for making changes and (or) additions to the register of public services provided to individuals and legal entities in terms of public services within the competence of the state (local) Executive body; ensuring automation of the process of providing public services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with the authorized body in the field of Informatization; ensuring optimization of the process of providing public services in coordination with the authorized body in the field of Informatization, conducting internal control over the quality of public services that fall within the competence of the state (local) Executive body; ensuring interaction with non-governmental organizations when conducting public monitoring; conducting analytical work on the execution of orders for public services in the offices of mayors of villages, rural districts and district departments; organization of meetings, training seminars on the provision of public services; monitors public services provided by local Executive bodies; takes measures to develop electronic services provided by local Executive bodies
