The mission of the state institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Denisovsky District" is to improve the standard of living and income of the population, its employment, social protection and social services.
Tasks:
1) implementation of the state policy of employment and social protection of the population of the Denisovsky district, assistance to its development;
2) protection of the rights of citizens, their interests, state guarantees provided for by the current legislation on employment and social protection;
3) other tasks provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Functions:
1) consideration of applications from legal entities and individuals on issues within the competence of the department of employment and social programs, taking the necessary measures;
2) preparation and submission of reports to the relevant state bodies;
3) provision of public services in accordance with applicable law;
4) the appointment and payment of social benefits provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the provision of other types of social assistance at the expense of the local budget;
5) monitors organizations with risks of job release and reduction;
6) making a decision on the provision of special social services to a person (family) in a difficult life situation;
7) implementation of other functions and obligations provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
