Mission, main tasks, functions

Mission of the Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Denisovsky district Akimat:

1) ensuring the systematic development of territories and settlements;

2) ensuring the creation of fixed assets for production and non-production purposes by constructing new or modifying existing facilities, installing equipment, manufacturing building materials, preserving the construction of unfinished facilities and postulating facilities.

Tasks:

1) coordination of activities for the implementation of the integrated scheme of urban planning of the territory of the district (the project of district planning) approved in accordance with the procedure established by law, general plans of rural settlements;

2) implementation of the state architectural, urban planning and construction policy in the territory under its jurisdiction;

3) development of annual and long-term programs for the construction and reconstruction of district facilities in accordance with budget programs.

 Functions:

1) supervision of the implementation of construction projects in accordance with the approved urban planning documentation, compliance with urban planning discipline, building rules;

2) prepares proposals for the placement of objects and complexes, the provision of land for urban development purposes;

3) registration of permits for the construction of residential buildings and outbuildings on the territory of the district;

4) participation in the commissioning of completed construction or reconstruction facilities, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) issues technical specifications for the provision of engineering and utility services and architectural and planning tasks in accordance with the current legislation;

6) interacts with the republican and territorial divisions of the state expertise of projects, the state architectural and construction inspection, licensing authorities;

7) ensuring control over the implementation of the master plan and the implementation of the integrated development of the district;

8) monitoring of facilities and complexes under construction (planned for construction) in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

9) organization and control over the preparation of design and estimate documentation for the objects of municipal property of the district;

10) monitors the quality of construction and installation work performed on municipal property objects;

11) organization of preservation of housing stock, communications, historical and cultural monuments of district significance, control over their maintenance (use, operation);

12) provision of public services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

13) solving other issues in the field of architectural urban planning and construction activities within the limits of the powers established by the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
