On January 1, 2024, new Rules for maintaining a register of volunteer activities came into force.
The register is maintained by the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of data provided by volunteers, volunteer organizations on a voluntary basis.
To enter the Register, volunteers and volunteer organizations send an email to volunteer@mki.gov.kz information about their activities (main types of volunteer activities, number of volunteers, ongoing projects, etc.).
Inclusion in the Register or refusal is issued by notification and sent to the applicant's e-mail.
Additionally, we inform you that changes are currently being made to the Rules for awarding the International Volunteer of the Year Award, in which registration in the Register will be a mandatory item.
