Press release to the draft resolution On expanding the category of Invataxi service recipients
The draft resolution was developed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Social Protection of persons with disabilities in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 31 of the Rules for the Provision of services for the Transportation of disabled persons by road, approved by Order of the Acting Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 1, 2013 No. 859
The draft resolution expands the categories of recipients of invataxi services in the territory of the district of Beimbet Maylin, the adoption of the draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
