The amendments made to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 12, 2018 No. 159 approved the codes of the state revenue bodies of the new regions. This was reported in the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The changes were made in order to implement the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Certain Issues of the Administrative-Territorial Structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan” dated May 3, 2022 No. 887.
Earlier, the State Revenue Committee reported that legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and individuals from new regions do not need to re-register with the tax authorities. Since in information systems the re-registration of taxpayers will be carried out automatically. The addresses at which cash registers (KKM) are registered will also be automatically updated.
New codes are required for tax reporting and tax payment.
