On June 29, 2022, the commissioner for ethics of the State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of the Beimbet Mailin District" at an operational meeting chaired by the Akim of the district summed up the results of an anonymous survey of administrative civil servants of the district for the 1st half of 2022.
75 people or 65.2% took part in the survey for the first half of the year.
Anonymous survey allows you to identify whether the team observes the standards of official ethics of civil servants, whether there are conflicts at the interpersonal level, whether new employees are assisted in adapting to the team, whether there is pressure on subordinates from direct supervisors and other negative factors.
An analysis of the results of an anonymous survey of civil servants of the district showed that, in general, the opinion of civil servants about the moral and psychological climate is positive 85.1%.
