Foreign citizens can apply for an IIN in Kazakhstan only through the PSC. Previously, this service could be issued online through the eGov portal, but at the moment this service is temporarily suspended on the portal.
To obtain an IIN in a PSC, you must have three documents with you:
- An application that is filled out at the PSC operator;
- Foreign passport;
- A notarized power of attorney, if the client's representative applies.
If in the foreign passport of a foreigner his data is not indicated in Cyrillic or Latin, you need to attach a copy of the translation of the document.
