We would like to inform you that due to changes in tax legislation, Order No. 409 of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 14, 2022 (effective from May 10, 2022) amended and supplemented the existing tax reporting forms for 2022 (TNF 300.00, 400.00, 421.00, 570.00, 590.00, 851.00, 870.00, 920.00), as well as for 2021 (TNF 180.00, 240.00, 910.00, 920.00), 2020 (TNF 101.03) and the Rules for their compilation.
You will be notified in advance about the stage-by-stage publication of the reporting of the new version in the IS "Taxpayer's Cabinet", "SONO NP" in the news feed of the systems, as well as on the Internet portal of the authorized body (kgd.gov.kz).
In this regard, in order to timely fulfill tax obligations before the publication of the new version of the tax reporting, the forms available at the time of submission of tax reports in the Taxpayer's Cabinet, IS "SONO NP" and on the web portal of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (kgd.gov. kz).
