Civil servants, as well as persons equated to them, and their spouses who submitted an input declaration (form 250.00) in 2021, submit a declaration on income and property (form 270.00) this year.
Along with the income received, information about money in bank accounts in foreign banks and about property outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, information on the acquisition or alienation of property must be reflected in the income and property declaration.
So, if an individual in 2021 acquired (received) or sold (transferred) property subject to state or other registration, or property for which rights or transactions are subject to state registration, then the fact of such a transaction is subject to reflection in this declaration.
In addition, if in the reporting year the right of ownership to property (real estate, vehicles, participation in legal entities, securities, investment gold, derivative financial instruments, participation in housing construction) arose, it is also necessary to reflect information on the sources of coverage of expenses for the acquisition this property.
It should be noted that the reporting tax period is 2021. Accordingly, all these transactions made in 2021 are subject to mandatory declaration.

until July 15 - on paper
until September 15 - in electronic form.
