Recall that today more than 90% of public services are available to Kazakhstanis online with an EDS or with a one-time password when registering in the Mobile Citizens Database. Throughout the republic, the State Corporation is optimizing the Departments for servicing the population. In the Kostanay region, a decision was made to close the third Department in Kostanay. Note that a lot of analytical work has been done beforehand. According to the summed up results, a small number of citizens apply to Department No. 3. On average, one operator for receiving documents of Department No. 3 accounts for only up to 20 public services per day, in Department No. 1 of Kostanay (city center) there are up to 60 public services per 1 operator per day, for specialists of Department No. 2 (KZhBI district) of Kostanay - up to 50 public services. Therefore, the decision was made to disband the state. At the same time, it is important: not a single employee of the PSC will be fired. Last week, as required by the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a month before closing, all employees were given a notice, they were offered other positions in the branch. I would also like to reassure the population that lives in the KSK area. They will still have the opportunity to receive government services in paper form, - explained in the branch of the NAO.
The thing is that the Public Service Sector will continue to work in the existing building. Legally, it will refer to Department No. 1 of Kostanay. That is, in fact, the reception of citizens will be carried out as before. Only the number of employees working in the Sector will be reduced.
