Stages of the budget process:

1. Preparation, review and approval of the budget (formation of the district budget for the upcoming three-year period on the basis of economically sound planning of income and expenses, consideration of budget applications and preparation of materials on the district budget for the current fiscal year)
2. Clarification, adjustment of the district budget of the current year
3. Budget execution
4. Formation, review and approval of the budget execution report
5. Evaluation of results

The following documents are used in the budget process:

• forecast of socio-economic development (budget programs are developed based on it)
• the law on the republican budget, the decision of the maslikhat on the local budget
• resolution of the MIO (decision of the akim of the village) on the implementation of the decision of the maslikhat on budget approval
