Summing up the results for 2021, we came to the following indicators.
As of January 1, 2022, the population of the district was 2078 people: the village of A. Senkritovka - 1043 people (286 households), the village of Bataly - 108 people. (89 households), Varvarinka village - 195 people. (80 households), the village of Kyzylzhar - 296 people. (103 yards), Nikolaevka village - 385 people. (118 households), Mailina village - 51 people. (9 yards).
The economically active population is 1331 people, including 1283 employed people, 46 self-employed people, 2 unemployed people.
4 7 pensioners, 47 disabled people, including 4 children, live in the district .
In 2021, the administration of the akim of the Asenkritov rural district received 14 appeals from individuals and legal entities, of which 7 appeals were received in person. All applications are considered in full.
Akimat of the rural district held 12 gatherings of citizens, 6 of them online. At the gatherings of citizens of the rural district, the issues of organizing grazing of domestic animals in the summer, the improvement of settlements, the installation of water distribution points in the village of Varvarinka , Kyzylzhar, Nikolaevka were considered. 10 gatherings of local self-government were held.
In 2021, the administration of the akim of the rural district provided 15 public services. There were no complaints from citizens regarding the provision of public services. In order to increase the percentage of use of public services in electronic digital format, a “Self-Service Corner” functions in the akim’s office, where each owner of an electronic digital signature (EDS) will be able to independently receive the necessary service on the Electronic Government portal. In 2021, 150 public services were provided through the self-service corner.
The akim's office organizes the collection of taxes on the territory of the rural district. The total amount of taxes collected for 12 months of 2021 amounted to 9 million 377 thousand tenge .
On the territory of the rural district there are 2 industrial enterprises: JSC " Varvarinskoye ", LLP "Kostana i- Izvestnyak", 5 agricultural LLP: "im. Mailina ", "Dream-98", " Zhartas-20 ", "Sulu", " Solnyshko-2005", which are engaged in crop production and animal husbandry , 13 farms, 22 small businesses.
As of January 1, 2022, the number of livestock and poultry was: cattle - 2189 heads, horses - 245 heads, sheep and goats - 1436 heads, pigs - 704 heads, birds of all kinds - 17700 heads.
Veterinary treatments were carried out in accordance with the plan of veterinary and preventive measures for 2021. There is one adapted cattle burial ground in a satisfactory condition.
Enterprises of the rural district make a significant contribution to the development of the social sphere.
As part of the Memorandum concluded with the city-forming enterprise JSC " Varvarinskoye " for the development of the education sector of the rural district:
- in the village of Asenkritovka , a children's playground and outdoor exercise equipment were installed for a total of 7.5 million tons ;
- in the Asenkritovskaya secondary school, the library was modernized for 1 million tenge;
- in the Nikolaev basic secondary school, the facade of the building was repaired for 4 million tenge.
At the expense of the regional budget, the current repair of the Asenkritovskaya secondary school was carried out in the amount of 34.7 million tenge.
At the expense of sponsorship funds of Mechta-98 LLP, a major overhaul of the heating system of the Nikolaev medical center in the village of Nikolaevka was carried out , for a total amount of 1 million tenge.
JSC " Varvarinskoye ", LLP "Dream-98", LLP "im. Maylin ", annually provide sponsorship in the celebration of "Victory Day", "Day of the Elderly", " Nauryz Meirami ”, “New Year”, take an active part in the action “Road to School”.
In order to implement the Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship for 2017-2021 " Enbek " under the project " Bastau Business" 3 people graduated and received a certificate, 1 person received a microcredit for the development of animal husbandry for a total of 3 million 990 thousand tenge,
1 person received a grant in the amount of 200 MCI. In the rural district, paid public works were organized, which employed 8 people. 39 people were employed for current vacancies people from among the unemployed and self-employed population. There are 3 social workers in the district who serve 14 pensioners living alone and one disabled child.
During the spring and autumn months of sanitary cleaning, landscaping and landscaping of the territory of settlements, work was carried out to improve the village, for which 784 thousand tons were allocated from local government funds for whitewashing, painting, cleaning streets and yards.
General the length of intra-settlement roads is 21 км3 million 840 thousand tenge spent on winter maintenance.
According to the state program, street lighting is functioning. A total of 153 lamps have been installed and maintained throughout the district. 4,918 thousand tenge was spent on lighting the streets of settlements, replacing and installing additional lamps.
The population of two villages Asenkritovka ( service organization LLP named after Mailin ) and Bataly ( service organization GKP "Tobol" ) are provided with centralized water supply. The population of five villages is provided with decentralized water supply (wells, wells).
