As part of the implementation of the recommendation to involve non-governmental organizations in public control, it is necessary to note the work of the Society of Disabled People, the NGO Youth Resource Center and the Public Fund of Veterans, with whom public control was held in the district during the year. Pavel Abramov, the chairman of the Society for the Disabled, who himself, being a person with disabilities for health reasons, knows the problems in this direction from his own experience, took a direct part in the adaptation of service providers' bodies. During the year, public control was carried out on the territory of the district by the method of "Secret buyer", carried out by order of the office of the akim of the district of "Sanaly Urpak". At the meeting of the working group, the results of public control conducted by order of the State Institution "Department of Informatization, Public Services and Archives in Kostanay region", as well as the results of public control conducted by order of the State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of the district of Beimbet Maylin" were discussed. Having considered the results of public control, it was found out that the lowest score in the district was identified according to the following criteria: information, result.
