Currently, the network is spreading information with a call to abandon mobile transfers of individuals involved in private cabs and switch to cash. In this regard, the Ministry of Finance reports the following.
Amendments to tax legislation regarding the use of mobile transfers are intended to separate private transfers of individuals from mobile payments, which are carried out for business purposes. They have been repeatedly discussed with the business community and banks.
Note that the goal of these initiatives is to further develop business in the digital space and in no way pursue the goal of switching to cash.
Concerns about transferring data to government revenue agencies are also unfounded. Since from 2022, it is planned to receive information from banks only on payments received to entrepreneurial accounts. Thus, personal transfers will not be taxed.
We note that for the convenience of taxation of individual entrepreneurs, there are several tax regimes from which you can choose a convenient one for yourself.
For example, taxi drivers can apply a special tax regime based on a patent. This mode is used when income does not exceed 10.3 million tenge per year.
Regarding the cash register. There are several mobile applications now. The entrepreneur can download the mobile version of the online cash register and use it legally.
And tax reporting will be generated automatically with the introduction of the e-Salyq Business application.
All of these measures are aimed at further simplifying the way of doing business.
Recall that individual entrepreneurs are exempted from paying taxes on income until 2023 within the framework of the adopted moratorium.
