How to check if an individual entrepreneur, limited liability partnership is registered in your name without your participation.
The State Revenue Department for the Beimbet Mailin district, as part of the work being carried out to counter the shadow economy and to identify the registration of enterprises as "dummies", asks the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan to check for themselves the presence of the following business entities registered without your participation and consent:
- registering you as an individual entrepreneur (individual entrepreneur);
- registering you as a manager and (or) founder of a legal entity.
How can I check this?
Information about the availability of individual entrepreneurs can be checked on the website of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (KGD MF RK) www.kgd.gov.kz in the section “Information resources” mode “Electronic services” service “Search for taxpayers”.
You can check whether a legal entity is open in your name using the electronic key "e-gov" on the web portal "Electronic government" www.Egov.kz. Go to the website www.Egov.kz in the section "Business" - "Registration and business development" - "Information about legal entities, branches, representative offices". Request a certificate "Providing information on the participation of an individual in legal entities, branches and representative offices."
