DEAR REPRESENTATIVES NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS!
We inform you that since January 15, 2018, Order No. 175 of the Minister of Religious Affairs and Civil Society of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 6, 2017 " On Amendments to Order No. 51 of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 19, 2016 "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Information about their Activities by Non – Governmental Organizations and forming a Database about them" (hereinafter referred to as the Order), aimed at simplifying the form of providing information to the NGO Database.
This Order is published on the website of the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan (http://zan.gov.kz). The rules for providing information about their activities by non-governmental organizations and forming a Database about them are attached to the letter in the form of an appendix.
You can send the information via the NGO Database web portal (infonpo.gov.kz) in accordance with the new form of providing information.
The completed form (tables) You can also send a paper copy with a cover letter to the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Civil Society of the Republic of Kazakhstan (010000, Astana, Mangilik El Ave., "House of Ministries" 15-entrance).
We remind you that in accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 41 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Non-Profit Organizations", it is necessary to provide information to the NGO Database by March 31, 2022.
