This project is aimed at citizens of socially vulnerable segments of the population, created for those who cannot leave the house for many reasons. It is symbolic that this project was launched in our district. In March 2019, a family living in the village of Ayet took part in the project. Over the past time, specialists of the social protection authorities of the population have repeatedly visited families in need of this. This year, rural districts have actively joined the project. Specialists of akims ' offices visit residents of their villages to provide them with public services, provide advice, receive electronic and digital signatures, and teach them how to use mobile applications. One of such applications, "Digital agent", was launched by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in order to improve the quality of public services. The advantage of this application is that the service recipient can assess the quality of public services in real time. Now every citizen has the opportunity to give feedback on the services provided and solve their problem.
