Benefits of using online POS printer
The State Register of cash registers (hereinafter - KKM) includes 250 models of KKM, including 96 models of online KKM, of which 10 models have the ability to work on the phone (mobile applications). There are also alternative solutions on the market for the purchase of online KKM, in the form of hardware and software systems (AIC) and web-checkouts that run on mobile applications and web browsers.
Registration of cash registers with the tax authority is carried out on one of the following grounds:
1) information of the operator of fiscal data - on cash registers with the function of fixing and (or) transmitting data;
2) a tax application for registering a cash register with a tax authority - for cash registers without a data transfer function.
When registering cash registers, the tax authority, within three working days from the date of occurrence of one of the grounds provided for in paragraph 2 of this article, assigns the registration number of the cash register and generates the registration card of the cash register in the form of an electronic document certified electronic digital signature of the official of the registering authority.

For taxpayers using online KKM:
- the requirement to fill out the book of cash settlements has been canceled;
- there is no need to contact the tax authority to obtain permission from the tax authority to open the seal in case of a breakdown of the online cash register;
- there is a possibility of remote control over cash registers through a personal account on the website of the fiscal data operator;
- the state service "Registration and removal of cash register from the register" has been automated;
For buyers there is an opportunity to verify the authenticity of the cash register check on the OFD website.
The introduction of online cash registers has improved tax administration, as well as contributes to a decrease in the level of the shadow economy and an increase in tax revenues to the budget.
