The Department of Internal Policy of the akimat of the B. Maylin district within the framework of the implementation of the Concept of Civil Society Development (2021-2025) attaches great importance to the development of local self-government Within the framework of the project "Organization of the activities of the Rural Resource Center of NGOs in the western region of the region", a webinar was organized on the topic "The role of NGOs in the development of local self-government". The webinar was attended by members of the meeting of the local community of rural settlements of the B. Maylin district. The trainer of the resource center K. Altynbayeva presented information about the content of the project of the state social order of the State Institution "Department of Internal Policy of the Akimat of Kostanay region". The participants of the training platform were presented with a three-sector model of the structure of society, characteristics of institutions of the state, business and the so-called "third" sectors. Special attention of rural activists was paid to such an institution of civil society as non-profit organizations. The trainer organized an exchange of information on the activities of non-governmental organizations in the area. Further, recommendations were made on mechanisms for interaction with NGOs as an opportunity to attract additional resources for the development of rural settlements. During the feedback, the participants expressed their opinions about the usefulness of such training platforms, about the need for interaction with industry resource centers.
