Property tax from individuals

The State Revenue Office for Beimbet Mailin District reminds citizens to pay property tax .

So, according to the amendments to the Tax Code, from January 1, 2021, land and property have been combined into one property tax.

Now the house and land plot must be paid in a single amount, like property tax.     

The calculated property tax for 2020 from July 1 to October 1 of this year will be posted in the "Upcoming Payments" service of the "E-salyq Azamat" mobile application.

The State Revenue Department encourages citizens to use the free mobile application of the State Revenue Service "E-Salyq-Azamat".

To enter the mobile application, for the security of your data, it is necessary that your mobile phone number was registered for your IIN in the mobile citizens database (PSC).

Individuals are given the opportunity to find out the upcoming tax amount before its payment due date with the simultaneous possibility of making payment using ready-made details.

We remind you that the due date for property tax for 2020 expires on October 1, 2021.

In addition to viewing upcoming payments on the CGD Portal, the “Electronic Government” Portal (egov.kz), the possibility of obtaining data in the mobile applications of banks (Kaspi.kz, Homebank) has been implemented.

In this case, the amount of the calculated property tax in the service of upcoming payments for mobile applications of the KGD and banks is displayed taking into account the available payment (overpayment) on the personal account.

At the same time, the amount of upcoming property tax payments is not a tax debt, and therefore this amount is not displayed in the service "Information on the absence (availability) of debts, which are kept in the state revenue authorities" of the KGD mobile application.

Individuals can pay taxes in other ways: in cash at branches of second-tier banks or payment terminals, using bank cards at ATMs and payment terminals.
