For two years, 31 crimes were registered in the proceedings of the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency in the Kostanay region, registered on the facts of illegal receipt of state subsidies.
"At present, on behalf of the Head of State, the Anti-Corruption Service is starting to conduct a large-scale external analysis of corruption risks in the sphere of subsidizing agricultural producers in the agro-industrial complex," said Daniyar Smagulov, first deputy head of the regional Anticor.
According to him, the purpose of this work is to ensure a transparent, fair system for the provision of subsidies, starting from the submission of applications to the very issuance, reducing the level of corruption and bureaucracy, and eliminating administrative barriers that hinder business conduct.
For this, all relevant regulatory documents, the current practice of granting subsidies in the regions, criminal cases and court decisions, complaints and appeals of agricultural producers will be analyzed.
In addition, the department plans to organize visits of special groups to the regions to meet with the population and study the situation.
