"One formal corruption risk per 25 analyzes carried out," - such disappointing statistics in the Akimat of Karasu region were given by the First Deputy Head of the Anti-Corruption Service of the region Daniyar Smagulov.
An extraordinary meeting of the regional commission on combating corruption with the participation of the district akim Viktor Radchenko took place here.
The head of the district akim's office Sagit Nugurbekov informed the members of the commission about the ongoing anti-corruption policy of the region, the quality of internal analyzes of corruption risks and the creation of comfortable conditions for citizens, according to him, in 2021, it is planned to conduct internal analyzes of corruption risks in all state bodies of the district.
Daniyar Smagulov commented on the speaker's speech at the meeting of the commission, noting that the internal analysis of corruption risks is a preventive tool to rehabilitate government agencies and organizations from any prerequisites for corruption, “That is why today every government agency should be interested in independently identifying such risks, last year showed that such work was carried out in your region, however, the quality of work leaves much to be desired, out of 25 analyzes carried out in 2020, you identified only one corruption risk, this indicates a formal approach, "Smagulov noted.
At the same time, he informed the members of the commission about innovations in anti-corruption legislation, which provide for the responsibility of managers not only for the corruption of subordinates, but also for the growth of corruption offenses and inaction in anti-corruption issues.
In turn, the district akim Viktor Radchenko assured that all these remarks will be taken into account in the further organization of work to prevent corruption with a focus on the quality of internal analyzes and with the involvement of a wide range of public organizations in this work.
