The development of physical culture and sports and the tasks set call for the approval of a healthy lifestyle in society, the creation of conditions for physical culture and sports for all ages of the population.

In the first half of 2021, the state institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Akimat of Beimbet Maylin district" purchased sports equipment and equipment in the amount of 1260.0 thousand tenge at the expense of the district budget:

The Department of Physical Culture and Sports is doing some work on the formation of a healthy lifestyle among the population of the district.

In the district of Beimbet Maylin there are 135 units of physical culture collectives in 2021:

- in secondary schools -25;

- at enterprises, institutions, organizations - 105;

- sports tourism with .Ayet - 1;

- youth clubs of physical training - 1;

- DYUSSH -1;

- fitness kuluba - 2.

On the basis of the SCCP "School of Arts" of the Department of Education of the district of Beimbeta Mailina, a children's and youth physical training club has been operating since 2020 with coverage of 221 students. 15 physical education teachers with a load of 4 rates have been appointed as coaches of the children's and youth club:

In 2021, the number of residents of the district systematically engaged in physical culture and sports amounted to 8694 citizens (for 2020 - 104.9%). The increase was due to an increase in the contingent of Duke FP. 

In 2021 (to date), 368 sports events were held, the number of participants was about 10,000 thousand, sports events dedicated to Nauryz Meiramy were held in all rural districts, an open district volleyball tournament dedicated to the figure of agriculture S.Ergaliev, an open mini-football tournament dedicated to the memory of M.Dosymkhanova, an open district volleyball tournament among young men born in 2007-2008 dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the district chess tournament dedicated to Children's Day, the District Athletics cross-country Championship dedicated to Children's Day, bike ride dedicated to the Day of State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the district football cup dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Championships in the types of tests of the tests of the First President, mass sports events among people with disabilities, athletics runs pamyami Gorbenko V.I. and Heinz N.E., cups of the district in MNI-football and basketball, a table tennis tournament, the 4th stage of the summer championship of Kostanay region in cross-country skiing (134.5 thousand tenge), all sports events were held in accordance with quarantine measures (instagram - sportmailina, sportdyschmailina). 1070.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the district budget in 2021 to hold sports and mass events. 

The district's national teams participate in competitions of various scales, 3007.4 thousand tenge has been allocated for participation in regional events in 2021. Taking into account quarantine measures, the district of Beimbet Maylin took part in the Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan in winter and summer types of presidential all-around in Lisakovsk, the Regional wrestling tournament Kazaksha "Kostanay Kyrany" in Lisakovsk, the 1st open regional tournament of Kostanay region in judo wrestling among young men 2005-2007, 2008-2009, 2010-2012. Krasusky district, Denisovsky district Open Football Championship, Lisakovsk Open Football Championship, Arkalyk Regional Judo Championship. 

Work is underway in the district to promote a healthy lifestyle, physical culture and sports, information about sports events can be viewed on the Instagram site - sportmailina, sportdyschmailina. Correspondents of the newspaper "Shamshyrak - Mayak" are constantly present at our sports festivals. At all sports facilities of the Youth Sports School there are stands-corners for sports, which cover the latest sports news of our Republic. For information about the performance of Kazakhstani athletes, etc. information is subscribed to the newspapers "Mayak", "Kostanay news", "Kostanay Tany", "Egemen Kostanay", "Kostanay sport". The performances of district athletes are covered in the local newspaper "Mayak", on the stands of the Youth Sports School, the village "Kaysar", the village Tobol, are transmitted to the website of the akim of the district. Especially large and significant sports holidays of our district are broadcast on Lisakovsky television channel "Accent".

In the district of Beimbet Maylin, certain work is being carried out to involve children and adolescents in mass sports. During the summer holidays, children play volleyball, basketball, mini-football, athletics, skiing and other sports in the sports halls of rural districts. Gyms are also open in the evening for everyone (during the quarantine period, all classes are in accordance with quarantine measures). There are 3 sports complexes, 2 ski bases, 25 gyms, 54 sports grounds, 22 fields, 14 built-in gyms, 1 shooting range, 4 sports cores, 2 hockey courts in the area for physical exercises and active leisure. Everything works in accordance with quarantine measures, classes are held in accordance with the established schedule.

Work with the disabled has intensified. The State Institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin" together with the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the district of Beimbet Maylin" and the society of disabled people of the district have compiled a rehabilitation program for disabled people. Certain work is being carried out with disabled people to attract them to physical culture and sports.

Sports instructors at sports facilities conduct physical culture and recreation activities, in which they are assisted by coaches of the district youth school. There are 127 sports facilities in the district of Beimbet Maylin, of which 29 are for sports and recreation purposes, 81 in educational institutions, 17 in a sports school. On the territory of the district there are 4 private sports facilities - a sports hall, a fitness room with exercise equipment, a mini-football field at the Varvarinskoye JSC enterprise and an adapted room of Sosova A.A. in the village of Tobol for fitness classes.

In the village of Kaindykol, sports simulators were installed in the amount of 1500.0 thousand tenge from the local budget, street simulators were also installed in Asenkritovka OSH – 7500.0 thousand tenge and in Krasnoselskaya OSH street simulators for 922.0 thousand tenge raised by JSC "Varvarinskoe". In the village of Valeryanovka of Novoilinovsky village, a sports hall was built, measuring 162 sq.m., the sponsor of the construction of the hall is Rau Albert Pavlovich, the cost is 40000.0 thousand tenge. In connection with the closure of the Kostanay Industrial Pedagogical College of the village of Tobol, all belonging to the college, including the sports hall, were transferred to the district Department of Education, in the new academic year Tobolsk secondary School No. 2 with the state language of instruction was opened.

The number of sports facilities in the district in 2021 is 127 units – 94.7% by 2020.

The general management of physical culture and sports in the district is carried out by the state institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin".

In 2021, the number of specialists in the field of physical culture and sports was 88:

- 48 people. teachers of physical culture of secondary schools, all of them have a physical education;

- 2 employees of the department staff (department head and chief specialist);

- 2 employees of the staff of the DUKE FP (head and deputy for physical culture and sports), in 2020, on the basis of the School of Arts of the Department of Education, a children's and youth physical training club began its activities;

- 2 methodologists in sports: 1 methodologist in sports in the department of education, 1 person of JSC "Varvarinskoe" (maintained at the expense of JSC "Varvarinskoe");

- 16 instructors in sports in the sports department, specialists in chess, skiing, hockey, Cossack-kuresi wrestling, football, volleyball, presidential all-around and working with people with disabilities in the village of Tobol, in the village of Jubilee, in the village of Ayet, Kalininsky village, in the sports department, the duties of instructors are combined by the coach of the district youth school - this is in Asenkritovsky village, May village. The number of instructors decreased as 3 instructors went on maternity leave (Firsova T. - S.Priozernoye, Karimova A. - Embankment village, Kotlevskaya N. - Maysky village). Since April 1, 2021, the position of "methodologist" of the sports department has been renamed "instructor", in accordance with the order of the Acting Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the Register of civil servants in the fields of culture, education in the field of culture, language development, archives and documentation management, physical culture and sports".

There is a KSU "District children's and Youth sports School" in the district, in the 2020-2021 academic year to work in the Youth Sports School:

- 7 people in the administration (director, deputy director for educational work, deputy director for AHH, head.s/k Kaysar, head. s/k Tobol, head. stadium "Youth", head.the sports hall of the village of Mayskoye and the methodist DYuSSh; the stadium "Yunost" of the village of Ayet is in an emergency condition, it is not advisable to accept the head);

- 11 full-time trainers-teachers (+8 part-timers), all have an education in the specialty "Physical culture and sports".

The sports school cultivates 6 sports (athletics, judo wrestling, volleyball, football, Greco-Roman wrestling, cross -country skiing). In 2021, 571 students are engaged in sports school (95.1% by 2020), a decrease in the number of students in athletics occurred due to the departure of coach Volobuyeva VV on maternity leave, a total of 19 coaches-11 full-time teachers (72.7%), 6 coaches have category II, 1 coach has category I, 1 coach has the highest category.

There are 6 large sports facilities on the balance of the Youth Sports School: the sports hall of the youth sports school of the village of Ayet, the sports complex "Kaysar" of the village of Ayet, the sports hall of P.Tobol, the sports hall of the village of Mayskoye and the sports core of the village of Mayskoye, the sports facility "Yunost" stadium of the village of Ayet, which is in an emergency condition.

In the district of Beimbet Maylin, work is underway to train athletes of dischargers, which is a public service.

During the reporting period, 53 public services were provided, since in 2020-2021 there were restrictions on holding sports events, the submission of applications for assignment of sports categories and categories decreased significantly.
