On behalf of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bagdat Musin, the work of self-service sectors has been resumed in public service centers. Recall that earlier the work of these sectors, intended for the independent receipt of electronic state services, in the public service centers of large cities and regional centers, was suspended due to the introduction of quarantine measures.
Since April, Kazakhstanis have been able to receive e-services independently on the egov.kz portal, in the egovmobile mobile application and the eGovKzBot2.0 telegram bot. In addition, more than 700 egov.kz corners have been opened throughout the republic for remote government services. They function in the buildings of akimats, shopping and entertainment centers, libraries, educational and healthcare institutions, etc.
At the same time, people with disabilities, retirees and members of large families continued to receive electronic public services in PSCs. There were preferential windows in each department for them.
Currently, the work of sectors in 137 public service centers in Kazakhstan has been resumed. More than one thousand hundred jobs have already been organized in them, about three hundred specialists of the state corporation have been allocated throughout the republic to advise citizens.
“With the return of the self-service sectors, any citizen can receive electronic public services in the building of the public service center on their own without booking a queue. The requirement for observance of the mask regime and social distance remains. In our region, self-service sectors are again working in the public service centers of the regional center, the cities of Rudny and Tobyl. At the same time, egov.kz corners will continue to work outside the buildings of the public service center. According to statistics, the most popular e-services among Kazakhstanis are: obtaining an electronic digital signature, issuing certificates of the presence / absence of a criminal record, certificates from psycho / drug dispensaries, online registration at the place of residence, attachment to a medical organization, etc. " noted Yaroslava Bogatyreva, PR-manager of the branch of NJSC "State Corporation" Government for Citizens "in the Kostanay region.
The State Corporation "Government for Citizens" additionally informs that LLPs and individual entrepreneurs offering assistance in obtaining electronic state services for monetary remuneration have nothing to do with the activities of the state corporation and are subjects of private entrepreneurship. By giving them your digital signature, you risk becoming a victim of scammers.
Be carefull! Observe the rules for storing EDS and receive services on your own at home or in the self-service sectors in the PSC.
