Press release to the draft decision of the maslikhat of the district «On the district budget of the Beimbet Maylin district for 2021-2023»
The draft decision of the maslikhat of the district «Оn the district budget of the Beimbet Maylin district for 2021-2023» was developed in accordance with article 75 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008 and subparagraph 1-2) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 «Оn local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan».
The draft decision determines the volume of revenues, transfers, expenditures, net budget lending, balance on operations with financial assets, deficit (surplus), deficit financing (use of surplus) of the budget, the volume of budget subventions transferred from the district budget to the budgets of villages, settlements, rural districts, the size of the reserve of the local Executive body of the district.The adoption of the draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and / or legal consequences.
