According to the decree of the chief sanitary doctor of the Kostanay region No. 54, the public service centers of the region work from 9 to 18 hours. At the same time, in the Special Center, the work schedule is double: documents are accepted from 9 to 16 hours, and ready-made documents are issued from 9 to 18 hours.
Near all public service centers, markings have been made for citizens so that visitors observe social distance. The markings are made inside the public service centers. At the entrance to each Public Service Department, the temperature of each service recipient is measured. A mandatory requirement is the presence of a medical mask.
“Separately, I would like to draw your attention to how the public service centers of the cities of Kostanay, Rudny and Tobyl work. You can get services in them only on condition of prior reservation of the queue. Taking into account the new schedule, for receiving services in the service departments of the population of Kostanay, it is necessary to book a queue until 17.30 hours (for the Special Center until 15.30). Later the reservation will be invalidated. You can book a queue in several ways: through a special service on the e-government portal egov.kz, by number 1414, through the eGovmobile mobile application, as well as through the EgovKzBot2.0 Telegram bot, "explained the deputy director of the Kostanay branch of the Government for Citizens NJSC Shyngys Ashirbekov region.
At the same time, Shyngys Ashirbekov also recalled that the queue rebooking service is now working.
“If you understand that you are not in time at the PSC by the specified time, you can rebook the queue. Upon successful rebooking, the service recipient will receive an SMS notification or the service status will be displayed in the Personal Account. Upon successful rebooking for another date, the previous time becomes available to other service recipients. But there are some nuances to consider. If there is an active reservation, a new reservation for other days is unavailable, a notification "You have an active reservation" comes out, Ashirbekov summed up.
