Deregistration at the place of residence

If you are the owner of the property, you have the opportunity to remove a citizen registered with you from permanent or temporary registration. How to do it correctly in two ways.

Through the Egov.kz portal:

1. Log in to the Egov.kz portal;
2. Find through the search engine the service "Deregistration at the place of residence of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
3. Request a service online;
4. Confirm the address data;
5. Select from the list of registered ones whom you want to remove from registration;
6. Sign the application using EDS;
7. If there are co-owners of housing, then they must confirm your actions in your personal account;
8. The result of the service can be found in the personal account of the portal.

Attention, to apply online, you must be registered in the mobile citizens database.

Through the PSC:

1. Book an online queue at the PSC, and come 20 minutes before the appointed time;
2. Write an application for the service from the operator, indicating the IIN of the person being discharged;
3. The result will be ready in 5 minutes.

Attention, when registering a service through the PSC, you must know in advance the IIN of the person being discharged, you can find it out in your personal account Egov.kz.
