The State Revenue Office for the Beimbet Mailin district reminds that in connection with the introduction of independent budgets of rural districts on the entire territory of the district from 01.01.2020, the procedure for payment of certain types of taxes for enterprises and individuals has changed.
For legal entities, vehicle tax is paid to the account of the rural district in which the company is registered. Land tax on lands of settlements - to the account of the rural district where the land plot is located.
For individuals, land tax, property tax and vehicle tax are paid to the account of the rural district at the place of residence.
For individual entrepreneurs - individual income tax on income not taxed at the source of payment - is paid to the account of the rural district at the place of business.
