The draft resolution of the Akimat of the district of Beimbet Mailin "On approval of the Rules for ensuring the repayment of money by owners of apartments, non-residential premises related to the repair and replacement of elevators, major repairs of an apartment building in the district of Beimbet Mailin" was developed in accordance with subparagraph 11) of paragraph 2 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", By Order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 29, 2020 No. 246 "On Approval of the Procedure for Capital repairs of the Common Property of the Condominium Facility" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 20536).
The draft resolution determines the alignment with the current legislation.
The adoption of the draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
