The draft resolution of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailin district "On amendments to the resolution of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailin district dated September 14, 2023 No. 233 "On approval of the provisions on state institutions of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailin district and the apparatuses of akims of rural districts, the village of Tobol of Beimbet Mailin district" was developed in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 20-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 15, 2006 "On Culture", subparagraph 4) of paragraph 32 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 17, 2025 No. 213-VIII ZRK "On amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the development of the capital and cities of republican significance, national projects, entrepreneurship and optimization of the functions of state bodies", the Rules for the certification of state cultural organizations, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 11 2011 No. 127.
The draft resolution determines compliance with current legislation.
Adoption of the draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
